There are sometimes particularly intensive phases in our job such as at peak times when there is a high workload. For this reason, we send our employees on holiday twice a year for two weeks to recharge their batteries, once in summer and once in winter. In addition, our employees have the opportunity to plan additional days off during the year according to their needs, so they can rest and relax in between. This balance is important to us.
