Keep calm.
In the event of a burst pipe or other water damage - turn off the mains water supply.
If you smell gas - open windows, do not turn on any light switches or electrical devices, open windows, call the fire department, leave the house, contact Kraler.
Inform family and neighbours.
How to prevent an emergency
Save the Kraler mobile emergency number.
Arrange for regular servicing to be carried out on your building’s technical systems by qualified technicians to ensure optimal running and to reduce the risk of a fault.
Make sure you know where the mains water stop valve is in your house.
